On January 6, 2025, Atyrau Wagon Factory was presented to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Shota Abkhazava, Head of TEXOL Group of Companies, demonstrated to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan the products of Atyrau Wagon Factory (hereinafter referred to as AVSZ) and familiarized him with the development plans of its own railway engineering complex.
The TEXOL industrial complex is based on the principles of localization of production, development of engineering and technical competencies of personnel, deepening of component production, R&D and optimization for each aspect of production, as well as scalable innovations.
As a reminder, at the end of 2024, AVSZ started small-scale production consisting of semi-car and platform production. Own design developments will make it possible to expand the range of production, which will cover all types of wagons and tanks, including innovative solutions and products for the European Union.
The meeting took place within the framework of the visit of the Head of State to the electric locomotive production plant in the industrial zone No. 1 of Astana, where he was also presented the products of other manufacturers of the railway industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The TEXOL railroad cluster includes:

• Dumping/unloading rack and Wagon (tanks) washing point at Makhambet Production Complex;
• LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) storage terminal “West Terminal”;
• Mobile Emergency Response Module (MEMAVR) in the field for tanks maintenance.
